It’s Friday! It finally got up into the 20’s yesterday and it actually felt warm. Of course, anything in the double digits feels warm when you’ve been dealing with single digits and negative numbers for several days in a row!

Not much going on here today. I’m working on a couple things while watching the coverage of the Barrett-Jackson car auction currently underway out in Scottsdale, Arizona. I love the TV coverage of these events because it’s one spectacular car after the next. It’s basically one big automotive parade that goes on for hours over the course of multiple days. And you never know what you’ll find on the auction block. Somebody just bought the Porsche 928 used in the Tom Cruise film, Risky Business, for 1.8 million. There was also a replica of the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo, the AMC Pacer from Wayne’s World, and Burt Reynolds’ own 1977 “Bandit” Pontiac Trans-Am SE. If you’re an auto enthusiast and have some serious money, you could have a hell of a good time out there!

Okay, time to wrap this up. It’s Friday so there’s the usual double babes & double jokes. Oh! And I have some amateur goodness for all of you today. Not a bad way to close out the week, eh!
