Uggg…

It’s Friday! It was definitely a different Thanksgiving but we still had a good time. The food was fantastic and I still have that oh-my-gawd-why-did-I-eat-so-damn-much feeling in my gut.

We took it easy the rest of the day. Watched the classic A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and Planes, Trains & Automobiles. We also saw the National Dog Show and Macy’s Parade. Those are all things we do every Thanksgiving day, so it helped make things feel a little more normal in a year that’s been anything but normal.

Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, like it or not the race to Christmas is on. And why not? All the Christmas commercials, Christmas music, and Christmas sales all started weeks ago!

Double babes & double jokes!

Turkey Day

It’s Thursday. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Like many of you, I’ll be spending my Thanksgiving right here at home. Since my mom and aunt insisted on cooking for the family, the girlfriend and I will be able to pick up plates filled with the usual Thanksgiving goodness. It stinks that we can’t all be together, but if we can all get through this pandemic alive, at least we’ll all be around the table next year.

While there’s nothing normal about Thanksgiving this year, I plan to keep at least one tradition alive and that’s my annual Thanksgiving day viewing of Planes, Trains & Automobiles. It’s always good for laughs and that’ll mean even more this year.

So that’s my day. Stay safe.

So how does a Thanksgiving Babemania sound? Enjoy!

Highway To Hell… Wackids Style

It’s Wednesday. We ended up with roughly an inch of the horrid white stuff yesterday. It wasn’t around for very long because by noon it switched over to rain and melted the snow away. If only we could maintain that pattern throughout the winter!

Ever heard of The Wackids? They’re a trio of killer musicians that only use toy instruments. Don’t believe me? Just watch them rock the hell out of AC/DC’s Highway To Hell in the video above!
