It’s Monday. It was nice to get back outside again as it warmed up into the upper 60s on both Saturday & Sunday.  I’ve been pretty busy with work lately so it was nice to take it easy. It started on Friday when the girlfriend suggested we grab dinner in Tinley Park. We ate at a place called Tribes Alehouse & Grill which turned out to be a good choice because they not only brewed their own beer, but had many, many others to try as well. I enjoyed that very much. On the ride home we drove through a few different neighborhoods checking out Halloween displays.

And speaking of Halloween displays, we have a new member of the family who goes by the name Jack Skellington. He’s over six foot tall, animated, and even speaks twelve different phrases. It’s very well detailed and quite impressive. It scared the hell out of our puppy who simply freaked and ran upon seeing it. Our cat couldn’t have cared less.

Ouch. The Bears got their asses kicked by the Saints Sunday afternoon. The first half wasn’t too bad but it all came apart in the second half. This was Trubisky’s first game back since his shoulder injury and he was getting booed bigtime. Not sure how they’re going to move forward after this one.

Anyway, time to get back into the groove. Work, work, work…
