It’s Wednesday. We packed up and left Panama City Beach yesterday. I really like staying right on the Gulf so we’ll likely return in October. Now we’re in Orlando for three days. The plan is to enjoy the resort we’re staying at and just take it easy. So far the weather over the next few days appears to include rain, but we’re hoping that it’s not going to be an all day thing. Will get some pictures tomorrow.

It’s Tuesday. The day started out cloudy and cool but before long it cleared up and got nice and toasty! We spent the entire day out by the pool snacking on chips, salsa, queso and margaritas. I managed to get a pretty good sunburn despite wearing sunscreen. It must be my pale white Illinois winter skin, eh?
It was really nice waking up to the sound of the waves coming in off the Gulf. I could get used to that.

Universal City Walk
It’s Thursday. Margaritas out by the pool yesterday were interrupted by a rain shower. It didn’t last long so we took a drive out to Universal City Walk. All kinds of shops and restaurants. The amount of people out there was incredible. Maybe it had something to do with it being Spring Break, but damn, lots of kids. We got some dinner and walked around a bit and enjoyed the night.
