It’s Wednesday. Good news! Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey is now available to watch at home! After making $4.5 million in the box office, it’s now available to rent or own from Amazon. Gather the kids (or maybe not) and check out a new twist on these familiar childhood characters.

The days of adventures and merriment have come to an end, as Christopher Robin, now a young man, has left Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet to fend for themselves. As time passes, feeling angry and abandoned, the two become feral. After getting a taste for blood, Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet set off to find a new source of food. It’s not long before their bloody rampage begins.

Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor, and Danielle Scott star in the horror movie, which is possible thanks to the original story slipping into the public domain. What a time to be alive!

It’s Tuesday. After a long dull winter it’s nice to finally see some color again now that Spring has finally arrived. And speaking of color, I recently came across this small collection of artwork by @Erica__kirie that really impressed me. She creatively mixes her artwork with the vibrant backdrop colors of Spring. Very cool if you ask me. Enjoy!

It’s Monday. I hope everyone had a good Easter. The girlfriend and I took a spin down south to spend Easter Sunday with her parents and sister. We had some good food and plenty of goodies as well. It was a really nice trip until on the drive home I looked down at the dash and noticed that the engine light had come on. Everything seemed to be running well, but that damn engine light is never a good thing. Now I gotta go and get that checked out today.

Aside from the dreaded engine light, it was a really nice weekend. It appears that Spring has arrived because the temperatures are going up and everything is getting green. We probably haven’t seen the last of the horrid white stuff just yet, but at least things are progressing in the right direction.
