It’s Sunday! Ah-ha! We have another beaver sighting and, whaddaya know, it comes from the Great White North! Canada loves their beaver related products and this one is made by Alberta’s own Grizzly Paw Brewing Company. It’s a pink hued unfiltered wheat ale made with loads of real whole raspberries that they call Beavertail Raspberry Ale. While that doesn’t sound all that great to me, reader Jeff calls it a tasty gem. I’ll have to take his word for it because it only appears to be available in Alberta. However, if I ever find myself in the area, I’d certainly be willing to give it a try.

It’s Saturday! According to Autodata Corp, pickup trucks outsold passenger cars in April for the first time in American history. This is important because it marks a major shift in what Americans choose to drive. GMC plans to capitalize on this trend by introducing the GMC Hummer EV, the world’s first all-electric supertruck. I have to admit that I was impressed by Ford’s revival of the classic Bronco, but after seeing this video detailing the innovative new Hummer EV, it looks like it’s going to kick some major ass!

It’s Friday! Halloween is just a little over a week away and so far trick or treating is still a go in my neighborhood. Of course, considering how the virus is trending upward here in Illinois as it is in so many other states, it may just be a matter of time before it’s canceled. This virus is a shit show that just keeps rolling along.
