It’s Monday. We had my girlfriend’s family over yesterday and it went very well. She made her own Italian beef sandwiches, chicken sliders, and a variety of sides and desserts. The food was really good, everyone had a good time, and no one left hungry. Not a bad day.

The Bears played the 49ers Sunday afternoon and lost 13-38. The Bears demonstrated brief moments of life, but they were fleeting. It was just another miserable loss. Nascar returns in February and it couldn’t come fast enough for me.

There’s a house in my neighborhood that decorates for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. One way or another they always work skeletons in to their display. In the past I’ve featured photos from their Halloween and Thanksgiving displays, so I thought it was time to share a couple photos from their Christmas display. I absolutely love it!

It’s Friday! It continues to be damn cold and windy. Thankfully we have yet to get any of the horrid white stuff. It’s only a matter of time now though.

The girlfriend invited a bunch of her side of the family up here for a big dinner on Sunday. We don’t usually have large gatherings at our place because it’s just the two of us here, so we don’t have a very huge place. The way I see it, it’ll either be cozy and fun or crammed and horribly uncomfortable. No matter what it should be interesting. That reminds me, I gotta remember to hide my M&Ms Sunday morning.

Still no Nascar yet.

It’s Thursday. It’s been damn chilly and windy around here lately. I’ve been taking Abby out every day to play ball and even when bundled up, I still freeze my ass off. Abby, being mostly Sheepdog, probably feels nothing. Freezing cold, windy as hell, and she’s just fine. Why do I live in a place where the air hurts my face?

Today I have a collection of Santa & Krampus art that I came across a couple weeks ago. I think they were created by several different artists and I don’t know who did what. Still, they’re all pretty cool though. Enjoy!
