It’s Wednesday. No sooner was Labor Day over and gone when our beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures completely disappeared. Gone. Replaced by gloomy, chilly, rainy weather that confirms the season is changing. As dinner approached I knew how to beat the chill—time for a big bowl of chicken soup with a grilled-cheese sandwich! A perfect dinner for not-so-perfect weather!
